Deal activity has remained strong lately, with at least seven M&A announced deals over $1 billion, as well as three new IPOs, a couple of SPACs and a SPAC merger in the last week. It was an especially strong week for Cravath, Swaine & Moore, which worked on multiple mega deals, including the largest announced transaction of the last week.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
