Freshfields has made a significant boost to its private credit offering through the hire of a Weil, Gotshal & Manges finance trio.
The London trio, which consists of partner Paul Stewart and counsel Mark Davis and Nick Fortune, will all sit as partners within Freshfields global transactions practice in London.
