Latham & Watkins said on Wednesday that it's promoting 24 associates to partner, 17 in the U.S. and seven in Europe and the Middle East.
The size of Latham's fall promotions has been trending downward in recent years. The count of those associates elevated to partner, effective in January 2025, is down 10 people from the 34 associates Latham promoted to partner last November. In 2022, the firm said it was promoting 44 associates to partner, consistent with the same total the year before.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
