Lori Cohen of Greenberg Traurig was named The American Lawyer's Attorney of the Year, and Paul Weiss its Law Firm of the Year, on Wednesday evening at the seventh annual American Lawyer Industry Awards.
The winners of the biennial Corporate Practices of the Year and many other awards also were announced at the event, held at Cipriani Wall Street in New York to honor law firms, and their leaders and lawyers, who have left their mark on the legal industry, the profession and society.
Attendees heard remarks from Lifetime Achievement honorees, among others.
