As its equity partner tier shrank, Polsinelli saw double-digit revenue growth in 2024 and a 31.2% surge in average profits per equity partner. The firm’s leader acknowledged Polsinelli’s equity tier saw “some de-equitizations and retirements” in the last year, contributing to a 15% decline in the equity ranks to 108 partners, while its nonequity tier grew by 14% to 473 partners.

In all, revenue grew 12.6% to $964.1 million in 2024 and PEP jumped to $2.5 million, while revenue per lawyer increased 5.6% to $939,000, according to preliminary financial reporting by The American Lawyer. Polsinelli's financial year ended on Oct. 31.
