Reed Smith on Wednesday announced that it has brought on partner Peter Williams and counsel Elizabeth Walker to beef up the firm's structured finance practice.
Williams and Walker, who both join Reed Smith from Linklaters, will work out of the New York City office. The pair spent just two years at the U.K.-based firm, arriving from Alston & Bird in 2022.
