Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel’s 63-lawyer Paris office is in talks with U.S. firms as it searches for a new home ahead of its New York-based parent’s expected merger with Herbert Smith Freehills in 2025.
Kramer Paris is “probably going to do something quickly,” a person close to the talks told Law.com International. “But these leaks are making things complicated for the negotiations.”
