Sunny Singh, a prominent restructuring attorney who left Weil, Gotshal & Manges for Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in March 2023, has returned to Weil, where he will co-chair the firm’s restructuring department, alongside Matt Barr, Gary Holtzer and Jeffrey Safferstein, the firm said Friday. Singh had led Simpson Thacher's U.S. company-side restructuring team.
