Morgan Lewis & Bockius confirmed on Friday that it is acquiring the Paris office of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel.
A 50-plus lawyer cross-practice team from Kramer Levin will join Morgan Lewis in Paris, effective January 1, 2025.
