Simpson Thacher & Bartlett generated some $540 billion across 200 tech deals, including its work in the Twitter takeover, as well as representing Cisco in the largest tech deal of 2023, on its way to winning an American Lawyer Corporate Department of the Year honor.
The firm was announced as the winner in the technology and telecommunications category from a list of six finalists at the Industry Awards last month. Cooley was honored as highly commended in the category.
