Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom China capital markets partner Yilin Xu has joined Cooley in Beijing.
Xu acts for Chinese companies on their Hong Kong and U.S. initial public offerings as well as on M&A, particularly in the technology, life sciences and food and beverage sectors.
