Goodwin Procter is opening a Brussels office to be led by Stephen Mavroghenis, an antitrust partner who is departing from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan.
“I’m opening an office for Goodwin in March this year. Wanted a new challenge,” Mavroghenis said in a succinct LinkedIn message.
