Elite U.S. heavyweight Latham & Watkins has claimed the top spot as the leading M&A adviser in the U.K., according to data from the London Stock Exchange.
As U.S. firms continue to gain ground, Latham completed a total of 116 deals in the U.K. over 2024, with an overall value of $66.2 billion, making it the number one legal adviser for M&A in the U.K.
