A dozen transactional partners from Morris Manning & Martin are leaving to launch an Atlanta office with Reed Smith, according to the leader of the Atlanta-based Second Hundred firm.
Reed Smith declined to confirm the new office in the Southeast, but a representative said that the firm continues to be focused on having a presence where clients need them most globally.
