Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner is enhancing its financial services disputes and investigations practice in London with the strategic appointment of partner Marc Thorley.
He moves from Baker McKenzie where he served as EMEA lead for the firm's global financial institutions group.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
