Cravath Swaine & Moore has lured Andrew Finch, a partner at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison who was co-chair of its antitrust practice group.
Finch, who was in leading roles in the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division during the first Trump administration, is joining Cravath as a litigation department partner in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
