Andrew Dean, most recently the co-chief of the Securities and Exchange Commission's Asset Management Unit, has moved to Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Dean joins Weil's securities litigation and white-collar defense practice.
