Veteran capital markets attorney Jeffrey Ramsay has moved from Davis, Polk & Wardwell to Paul Hastings. Ramsay will join as a partner in Paul Hastings’ capital markets practice in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Ramsay, who had been counsel at Davis Polk, focuses on investment-grade debt, which he said would pair nicely with Paul Hastings' capital markets practice as well as its private credit group.
