After resigning from his managing partner position at Davis Wright Tremaine last year, Seattle-based transactional attorney Scott MacCormack is joining Holland & Knight as a partner in Seattle.
MacCormack served as Davis Wright’s managing partner from 2021 to 2024, when he stepped down abruptly. He says he was attracted to Holland & Knight because of its scale.
