Amir Ghavi, co-lead of the technology transactions practice at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, has moved to Paul Hastings as a partner. Ghavi will start and lead the same practice for his new firm, based in New York, Paul Hastings said Monday.
His technology-focused clients have included Mistral AI, Cohere, Liquid AI, G42, Microsoft, Bloomberg, Snowflake, T-Mobile, Palantir and Infosys.
