Latham & Watkins continued its blitz of lateral hires on Wednesday, announcing the addition of Marc Berger, co-head of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett’s government investigations practice.
The firm is also adding former Milbank partner Jerome McCluskey, who was most recently general counsel and chief compliance officer at private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners.
