    Chrysler and Honeywell Lose New Jersey State Court Appellate Ruling on Burial of Mesothelioma Victim

    In the sad, sad case of Harold St. John--whose burial was interrupted more than two weeks ago by defendants who wanted lung tissue samples--the appellate court has finally ruled. There will be no autopsy, and St. John's family can proceed with the burial.
