The trial of former Bear Stearns hedge fund managers Ralph Cioffi and Matthew Tannin started Tuesday with jury selection in a federal courthouse in Brooklyn.
The case, before U.S. district court judge Frederic Block, is being called the latest test case for Wall Street justice after the Enron, Tyco, and WorldCom prosecutions several years ago.
