After lying almost dormant for more than a year, the IPO market has seen a flurry of activity recently. Bristol-Myers Squibb Company’s spin-off of Mead Johnson Nutrition Company [Deals in Brief, July 2009] was the only IPO of more than $320 million on a U.S. exchange in the first seven months of the year, according to Dealogic. But there were 16 IPO s of more than $400 million between August 1 and December 31, 2009. Below, we list the advisers on seven of them.
