Formerly with Hogan Lovells, he will join the firm’s international corporate transactions practice. Gortsunyan advises Russian and other international companies on M&A, capital markets transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
A former lead counsel for Cigna Reinsurance has made the move to the Philadelphia office of Cozen O’Connor. ROBERT TOMILSON will be a member of the firm’s global insurance group, concentrating on transactions involving property, casualty, surety, life, health, personal accident, and annuity contracts. He comes directly from Cigna.
