The former U.S. undersecretary of Commerce for industry and security, MARIO MANCUSO, is now a partner in the New York and Washington, D.C., offices of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. Mancuso specializes in international security matters and government regulation of international economic activities.
