King & Spalding will expand its energy transactions practice with the arrival of counsel ADRIAN TALAMANTES to the firm’s Houston office. Talamantes is formerly of Vinson & Elkins, where he frequently dealt with domestic and international transactions, as well as project work in Latin America, for clients in the energy industry.
An 11-member group of Kilpatrick Stockton leveraged finance attorneys is headed to the Atlanta office of McGuireWoods, led by partner HILARY JORDAN. The group joining Jordan, which handles syndicated and non-syndicated leveraged finance deals, will consist of six associates and four other partners. Those partners are M. ARTHUR GAMBILL, CHRISTOPHER GREENE, NAHO KOBAYASHI, and RAJ NATARAJAN.
