Unsecured creditors in the rollicking bankruptcy of the Tribune Company have sued Katten Muchin Rosenman over $25,000 the firm received from the media giant before it entered bankruptcy two years ago.
Lawyers representing Tribune’s unsecured creditors committee filed the eight-page complaint against Katten on Tuesday in U.S. bankruptcy court in Delaware. The suit, first reported on by Crain’s Chicago Business, is the latest in a series of civil actions filed by Tribune creditors.
