BERT DEIXLER, the former managing partner of Proskauer Rose’s Los Angeles office, is heading over to Kendall Brill & Klieger, as a senior litigation partner. Kendall Brill announced Deixler’s move on Monday.
The litigation boutique, founded in May 2009 by former Irell & Manella partners Richard Kendall, Laura Brill, and Robert Klieger, boasts several high-profile media and technology companies on its client roster, including Viacom, Paramount Pictures, and MTV.
