The Supreme Court's Morrison decision is the worst thing that's happened to the securities class action bar since Iqbal. Even the plaintiffs lawyer who lost the case at the high court--who's also one of the co-lead class counsel in the RBS case--is calling for a "legislative or administrative fix" to reverse the ruling's impact.
