The Washington, D.C., office of Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge has merged with Fleischman and Harding, a 12-lawyer Washington, D.C.-based communications boutique, both firms announced on Tuesday.

Leading the 12-person team is senior partner AARON FLEISCHMAN, who focuses on strategic solutions in corporate and regulatory issues, and partner ART HARDING. Fleischman had served as his firm’s chairman and managing partner. Also joining Edwards Angell are partners SETH DAVIDSON, LARRY FREEDMAN, and JEFF HARDIN, and counsel CRAIG GILLEY, SHARON MONAHAN, and JOHN WILNER.
