Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton picked up two noteworthy outside counsel assignments for corporate clients in the past week.

The firm is advising private equity firms Warburg Pincus and Vestar Capital Partners on the acquisition of a controlling stake in Triton Container International, a shipping container company owned by the Pritzker family of Chicago. The New York Times reports that the purchase price is about $1 billion, which gives Triton an enterprise value of $3.5 billion, including debt.
