Latham & Watkins has advised property developer Top Spring International Holdings Ltd. on its $200 million Hong Kong initial public offering (IPO). Top Spring shares began trading on the Hong Kong stock exchange today.

Hong Kong partner David Zhang is leading Latham’s work on the deal, which includes a global offering of 225 million shares and a local offering of 25 million shares. Los Angeles partner Samuel Weiner and New York partner Samuel Weiner also worked on the deal. Hong Kong firm Deacons acted as Hong Kong counsel, with partner Eugina Chan in the lead role. Shanghai’s Llinks Law Offices advised on the Chinese law aspects of the listing, and Conyers Dill & Pearlman advised on Cayman Islands law.
