The bankruptcy beat grinds on, and so do the fees being paid by the estate of defunct investment bank Lehman Brothers.

Hughes Hubbard & Reed is the latest beneficiary of the Lehman bankruptcy’s largesse, receiving $19.2 million in fees from June 1 through September 30 of last year for its work as counsel to the trustee liquidating the bank’s brokerage unit, according to Bloomberg.
