Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has taken another step to bolster its China capital markets practice, taking on Beijing-based Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom counsel Kefei Li as a partner for its Shanghai office.

Li, who was made counsel at Skadden last May, specializes in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. He has particular expertise in advising Chinese companies on Hong Kong and U.S. initial public offerings (IPOs) and other securities issuances.
