Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, Tian Yuan Law Firm, and Maples and Calder have advised Hong Kong-listed Franshion Properties (China) Ltd. on a $500 million offering of guaranteed senior notes. The notes, which are due in 2021, started trading on the Singapore Exchange on April 15.
A Paul, Hastings team led by partners Vivian Lam and David Grimm provided Hong Kong law advice. Beijing-based Tian Yuan Law Firm advised the issuer on Chinese law, while Maples and Calder provided British Virgin Islands law advice. All three firms also advised Franshion on its $600 million convertible bonds issuance in Hong Kong last September.
