Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom is advising TPV Technology Limited on Hong Kong aspects of a joint venture that will see the company assume a majority stake in the television manufacturing arm of Dutch electronics giant Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V.
Slaughter and May is advising Philips on Hong Kong law, while Loyens & Loeff and De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek are providing Dutch counsel to TPV and Philips, respectively.
