Baker & McKenzie and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer are advising on the sale of the Vietnamese interests of U.K. sugar company Tate & Lyle Plc.
The London-based company announced on 20 April it is selling its stake in Nghe An Tate & Lyle, a Vietnamese sugar business it co-owned with Mitr Phol Saturn Investments Limited, for $55 million. Tate & Lyle was advised by Freshfields.
