Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Faegre & Benson are advising on Toshiba Corporation’s planned acquisition of a U.S. medical software provider.
Toshiba Medical Systems Corporation, a medical diagnostic imaging unit of Japan’s Toshiba Corporation, announced on 27 April that it will pay $273 million for Vital Images, Inc., a Minnesota-based provider of medical visualization and analysis systems.
