Australian firms Minter Ellison, Clayton Utz and Freehills have advised on two acquisitions by Australian coal miner Gloucester Coal Ltd.
In a $619 million transaction Gloucester Coal has agreed to acquire Donaldson Coal Pty. Ltd. from Hong Kong commodities firm Noble Group, which is also a 63.4 percent shareholder in Gloucester Coal.
