Australian firm Sparke Helmore has acquired a team of five finance lawyers from rival firm Middletons in Sydney.
The team comprises two partners–Ben Burney and Adam Fuller–and three associates. The associates will join the firm on May 30; the partners are in negotiations over the move date.
