Eversheds is acquiring Middle Eastern law consortium KSLG in a deal that will give the London-based firm new offices in Iraq, Jordan, Dubai and Saudi Arabia, according to U.K. publication Legal Week.
KSLG, which comprises Saudi Arabia’s Dhabaan & Partners, Dubai’s Khasawneh & Associates, and Jordan’s Sanad Law Group, has offices in Amman, Baghdad, Dubai and Riyadh. Legal Week reports that the consortium’s merger with 1,200-lawyer Eversheds became official on Wednesday.
