Baker & McKenzie and Allens Arthur Robinson have advised on a $321 million acquisition that aims to create more jobs for Australian aboriginals in the tourism industry.
The Indigenous Land Corporation (ILC), a state body which assists indigenous people with land acquisition and management, has acquired Ayers Rock Resort from ASX-listed property company GPT Group for $321 million.
