Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and Bae, Kim & Lee have advised a Korean supplier of solar panel materials on its sale of global depositary receipts on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
Seoul-based OCI Co. Ltd. has raised $700 million in Singapore via its issue of over 14 million shares to overseas investors. The offering was made up of 12 million primary shares and the rest were treasury shares.
