Oentoeng Suria & Partners, the Indonesian alliance parter of Australian firm Blake Dawson, is acquiring local corporate firm Susanto and Partners. The acquisition, announced yesterday, will give the firm one new partner and 13 new associates, doubling its headcount.
Susanto and Partners’s founding partner, Atik Susanto, who established the firm in 2009, will join Jakarta’s Oentoeng Suria in July. He focuses on investment banking, corporate finance and debt capital markets.
