Blank Rome is combining with Abrams Scott & Bickley to strengthen the firm’s Houston presence. As part of the merger, Blank Rome is adding five Abrams Scott & Bickley partners to its practice. All of the new partners, who officially sign on with the firm on June 30, are civil litigators.
BARRY ABRAMS is a trial attorney who specializes in complex investment and business disputes as well as civil rights litigation. ROBERT SCOTT focuses on toxic tort defense and commercial litigation. Litigator SUSAN BICKLEY handles complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, professional malpractice defense, and defense of local governments and public officials.
