CHRISTOPHER KEOUGH and STEPHANIE WEBSTER are joining Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld as partners in the firm’s health care industry practice. Both attorneys, who will be resident in Washington, D.C., were formerly partners at King & Spalding.

Counsel RAYMOND HUM is returning to Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle after serving as an associate at Morrison & Foerster. Hum, who is based in the firm’s New York office, is a corporate attorney concentrating on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other corporate governance matters.

The Los Angeles office of Fulbright & Jaworski is adding CARL STEEN as a partner in the firm’s corporate practice. Most recently with Baker & Hostetler, Steen focuses on energy and infrastructure transactions.

In Florida, PAUL REGENSDORF is the newest litigation partner at Holland & Knight‘s Jacksonville office. Regensdorf specializes in commercial trials. He was formerly a partner at Stearns Weaver Miller.
