British maritime law firm Holman Fenwick Willan is making moves to bolster its Asia-Pacific offices. The firm has not only recruited two new partners in Hong Kong and Sydney, it has also restructured its Asian offices with three partner relocations.

Banking partner Jonathan Moult will be joining Holman Fenwick’s 46-lawyer Hong Kong office from Simmons & Simmons, in September. Moult focuses on acquisition finance, property finance, capital markets and bank lending. Before joining Simmons & Simmons in 2006, Moult was a partner at Herbert Smith.
