Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker has advised on a $75 million loan for a wind farm project in the Philippines.
The firm’s client, energy producer The Philippines Energy Development Corp., has borrowed $75 million from the International Finance Corp. The IFC, which is the private-sector financing arm of the World Bank Group, invests in developing economies to create jobs and promote market openness.
