Baker & McKenzie has advised an Australian sandalwood plantation company on its $150 million issuance of high-yield notes and warrants.

Sydney partner Andrew Reilly led the firm’s team advising TFS Corp. Ltd., which has tapped the international debt markets with an issuance of senior secured notes, due 2018. The notes have a yield of 11 percent and were listed on the Singapore Exchange Thursday. Baker & McKenzie provided U.S., Australian and Singapore law advice.
